今回は鶏白湯ラーメンを味わせ ていただきました。 うまくいえ ないと思うんですが、 味が濃い!! ですが、 同時に軽さが味わ た。 鶏のうまみが上手に生み出 されました。 たぶんクリーミー っぽいな味のせいで濃さが感じ たが、鶏だから軽さも感じまし た(?)かな
麺も十分良く作られて、少し時 間立つとそれほど硬さの変化が なかった。とても美味しかった です。美味しすぎてすべて食べ切って しまいました。 笑笑。 また参ります。
